Buster's Coffee is a Sheffield-based Social Firm, creating employment for people who are severely disadvantaged in the labour market. We want the best for everyone - giving you great fairtrade coffee with a conscience. We'll also give you everything else you need to make your ideal brew - sugar, stirrers, disposable cups.and if coffee's not your cup of tea, then we've got, well, tea, including speciality and herbal. We've also got hot chocolate, instant coffee, decaff - that's Fairtrade too - and we'll supply retail or wholesale, delivered to your door.

Why Buster's?

Buster was the nickname of Anthony Davison, a learning disabled man from Sheffield. In the later years of his life, he worked for a Social Firm called Reclaim which employed disabled people. He was an inspiration and an achiever. We thought his spirit seemed a lot like the way we want to be, as an organisation. That's why we're called Buster's.

A social success

We set up in 2002 with a commitment to operate as a 'Social Firm'. Social Firms exist to create employment and work opportunities for disabled people and people otherwise disadvantaged in the labour market. Social Firms work to a set of values oriented around enterprise, positive employment and empowerment.

The best beans

We choose coffee carefully, so there's something for everyone, and we offer the greatest flexibility with customised blends. From the best of the Colombian bean's tangy offerings, to the smooth, heavyweight Italian and at all points in between, we choose coffees we can be proud of. If you've discovered a gem of a coffee, which is not on our supply list, then please let us know!

A fair cup

We're passionate about coffee and we're passionate about growers getting a good deal for their hard work. Growers that supply Fairtrade products receive a minimum price that covers the cost of sustainable production and an extra premium that is invested in social or economic development projects. It is estimated that the benefits of Fairtrade affect 5 million farmers, workers and individuals worldwide.

A service to savour

Great customer service is one of those old fashioned ideals that sometimes seems to be slipping away. Not at Buster's, where both the customer and the quality of the product warrant the utmost care.
