OUR EXPERTISE

JOHN BEAZER
Managing Director

John has worked at a senior level in both the private and public sectors as a business psychologist, IT development and implementation manager, and policy lead. For the past 3 years has run a very successful management development and web development consultancy.
John has been involved in the development of computerised systems for the general public since the very early 1980s. He developed a number of well used pioneering computer based services offering job vacancy, and training information to the public - some of this long before most people were using computers either at home or work.
When developing online systems, John has always had the psychology of the user foremost in his mind. Too many websites are still too focused on the technology - forgetting this is just a tool. The needs and habits of the customer must always come first.
John has spent many years undertaking and managing a wide range of market and strategic research - for both the public and private sectors.
He has also project managed the introduction of innovative e-learning services for a number of blue chip companies, and major policy initiatives within government - many in relation to small firms.
